Does exactly what it says on the tin. Obviously, an expensive product when new. Transmission and reception are of good quality. Mute and variable volume facilities are very useful. Looks good and function lights are helpful. A bit large for a small desk but it was intended for a boardroom. For £20 I think it to be a bargain. The only downside was that the telephone connection cable was not supplied. No problem: I swapped out the existing cable.
