Absolutely superb DVD for pregnancy

Shiva Rea helps you feel relaxed, in control and in tune with your pregnancy and baby. The exercises are easy to follow but still help you get fit for labour. This dvd also comes with an extra section on massage for your partner to use on you. Great buy.
Probably good for the third trimester or yoga beginners but I found it a bit repetitive (at least three variations of the same pose). I felt it was too easy if you do yoga regularly but decided to keep it for the end of my pregnancy. On the plus side there's a nice additional feature giving advice to partners about how to massage your pregnant lady - bonus...if I can convince him to watch it!!
