The dropper ordered arrived promptly but the packaging was battered so i was pleased that everything, I thought was complete. Imagine my disappointment when apon installing I found that the clamp was boltless. Checking my supplies for nothing to fit I now have to buy a bolt as an extra just to try out my new dropper . This felt pretty poor really !!!!!

I have been riding for years and finally got around to purchasing myself a dropper and can’t believe how I’ve gone so long without one? It’s awesome! I've owned this post for a year now and it's only just failed on the cable. Minus the cable (which is a cheap fix) the post only has two faults. The first being that it's a bit stiff to compress buy hand (you have to hold the seat stay with one hand and use your chest to push it down). The second being compression speed due to the stiffness. Besides those minor points it's a solid reliable post. If you don't have dropper routing then I fully recommend it.

I am quite short but ride with the seat high so this seat dropper helps me be able to touch the ground when stopping as you just need to press the button to lower the seat, and when ready to set off just press it again and the seat raises. Makes riding feel safer, would definitely recommend
