I've been using this product for a few years now. Living in the countryside generally means a mouse or two will invade our roof space at the end of harvest time. This seed is really easy to use, has no smell and makes no mess. Put it in a few small plastic trays in the loft, the mice eat it, leave the roof for a drink and that's it - they don't return. No traps involved, no messy corpses to get rid of.

Have given this product good ratings on the questions asked but to date I have seen no sign of it being eaten from the bait station or, for that matter, no dead rats and I am still getting them tunnelling in to my chicken run but I did catch the one in a trap ! Maybe I need to be a little more patient. I am also using the rat poison blocks in the bait station as well so the rats have "a choice"...….maybe they are just fussy eaters !

Have replaced my old mouse killer with this so I can not really say how good it is because I always keep mouse killer down under my 2 sheds. Since refilling my plastic trays with this none has been taken, but mice seem to suddenly eat it every so often. Am waiting for any new mice to eat this and hopefully to keep them from breeding. Good amount of sachets so I am happy to give this a try.

Second time of using this - but 3 years apart--1st time took about 8 bags ,but we had a large infestation-- second time 2 bags was all it took & they were gone!- I ordered quite a bit , but did not need all , but with horse feed on site they will be back & they will get the red corn - excellent product--- clean, easy--- highly recommended

Seems to have done the trick only disappointed that the packets don't come in the plastic storage tub that is shown on the picture would have been better to identify when looking in shed for it instead of just a cardboard box
