Needed to replace my old jumbo sized stainless steel cruet set. Very pleased to find these available for sale on eBay as was unable to see anything similar on the High Street. They are a fab size and so much easier to fill than my old set as they are screw tops. Oh ! And they look very nice indeed ! If you are looking for a good sized every day cruet set these should not disappoint .

Not cheap for just basically 2 glass jars. Ok if they had been good quality but they are not. The size of them is about ok. They are just glass jars with cheap cover and I don't mind the price if all was good with them. However within days of filling with salt the so call stainless steel started to go rusty and I was shaking out bright brown rusty stained salt on my dinner. Salt in winter or in damp areas attracts moisture which instantly rusted up the sprinkle holes, and then the rust contiminated the salt. My old salt shaker I had for 30 years and never rusted. The worst part is the tops, they are very cheap and poor quality. Also they don't fit well and don't seal on the top or the jar. You would imagine it being clean and easy to unscrew the top and remove it, but when you unscrew the top all the contents (salt / pepper) fall and go everywhere because they go down the side of the top and are not sealed at the top of the jar. This could easily be a nice conderment set, just by sealing the tops on the jar and using better stainless steel in the top. The top is the real problem.
