I finally got around to replacing my S5 screen after it being cracked for 3 months ?? Anyway this was the ideal kit to remove the old screen and help me get the new one(i got somewhere else) The tools came in very useful and did a great job, with the glue fixing the screen in place totally clear.. Would deffo buy again if I had too.. Only 1 slight problem ( be nice if they had a smaller glass holder(sucker) to remove smaller pieces) i found myself using match sticks with spots of glue to remove some of them.. (as i didn't want to pick them out and damage the touch panel below)

The kit is nice and you get some good gear in it, but the torch is temperamental and comes on really dim. I had to give it a few taps and turn it off and on a few times to get it to work. Even then the glue did not set even in about an hour (until the torch batteries dimmed too much). Not sure how good the glue is, it set after leaving it on a window sill for a day after.

The title fooled me a little bit, I bought a fresh screen to replace the cracked one on my nokia 3.1. All was well in taking the old one off until it came to gluing the new one back on. The glue in the kit is for repairing a cracked screen, not replacing one. After a visit to 3 phone repair shops that day the 'special' glue which I needed was either not available to buy or they point blank refused to sell me any. In the end I used ordinary clear silicon with satisfactory results all round.....

There is not instructions how to use.The glue takes ages to dry and it's not good at all. Torch is not sufficient to help, even overnight the glue was not dry to scrub of the surface. I would not reccomend

Used this to try and stick a plastic frame to a Huawai tablet and even after a week the glue didn’t set. UV torch is not powerful enough for the job and UV Lamp I later purchased also didn’t work.
