This exercise DVD by miss Moffatt starts with her somewhat chunky but then goes into her fitness routines with her & her instructor. I bought it in the hope it would show me how she achieved her weight loss & in what stages but sadly it did not. I assume that by following her routines it will help maintain a trim figure but how to get there would have been nice to know.

Bought this as a cheap workout dvd, it's actually pretty good, they show the lower impact exercises as well as the high impact, which is good. Straight forward exercises, which us what I prefer.
