This is an excellent book for beginners as it provides background to each set of exercises you are learning . The exercises are illustrated at each step. One of the pluses I like about this book is the A5 size and effort to use larger fonts and leading. This makes reading the pages easy on the eye .Although the book is aimed at beginners, it includes progression exercises and guidance on the use of weights for muscle tone.
