Great sound but possible the worst pair of ear phones I have ever had the misfortune of buying. Simply put they are too wide, if you are buying these for sport then don't, they don't stay put in your ears. Any movement they fall out. I regret not following other reviews on the net about them doing this and being a Sennheiser fan I thought they were isolated or individual reviews or people who'd reviewed them had weird shape 'lugholes' but I was wrong. I've had plenty of ear phones / buds before including normal shape Sennheisers and the design and size of them is fine, these are simply terrible. You put them in and think the sound is great but any movement they gradually work themselves out. So your mid training session and one falls out and you have to break rhythm to put them back. Any straining or facial muscle movement further increases the chances of them falling out. I'll be getting a normal size pair of sports headphones or something that holds them in place. Don't buy sports fans.Read full review
The headphones are of the typical quality you would expect from Sennheiser, I imagine they would last many a jogging session come rain or shine. The sound quality is average to good, to be honest you don't really need much better than this on a sports session. The main issue with these earphones is that they barely fit in your ear, and when they do it feels like your ear is giving birth to said earphone. In conclusion spend a few more quid and purchase the Sennheiser PMX80, they are of optimal size and although fit 'tightly' in your ear they stay in and are more comfortable.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy them. The sound is too low in them and also the diameter of the earpiece is bigger than what you'll find in other headphones so I don't like putting them in my ears.
I bought these headphones as my other ones were in bad condition and I have just bought a new iPod. As I ride BMX a lot, the description of these sounded great; sweat/moisture resistant and a secure fit. Perfect for the job. The headhpones come with adapters for the ears. I would recommend putting different ones in as the stock ones didnt fit very well. I use the ones with kind of frilly edges. The headphone cable isn't originally long enough but with the extenstion cable included, the extra length is perfect. Also included in the box is a case which is magnetic to hold the headphones and a clip for the cable. This is very handy when I ride because often I find myself leaning around corners and the headphones slip due to the tension. If I keep the cable loose around my neck, then when I lean, the cable is fine. The backs of the headphones are magnetic this is a really good feature. I often find myself sticking them to my fridge to stop them from tangling, keep my iPod in my pocket and grab my 'phones on the way out. All in all, these are the best headphones I have ever had and I would definately recommend these for sports men/women. I hope this helps, Hlolh7 ;) Any questions? Usual excellent sound quality. Comes in a magnetic, rubber pouch. Has magnetic points on the back of each bud. Great price. I think the colour is too bright and I don't think they fit snug enough in your ear, as I think when I get on the treadmill they are going to fall out, considering they are suppose to be 'sport' I think this is a major fail.
