I was a little dubious about this book hence the cover, but as soon as i started to read it i though someone just like me what a relief to know i wasn't the only one. It is written with feeling and knowledge of the menopause. It is a very helpful book and i would recommend anyone who doesn't know much about the menopause and needs some help this is for you. That is why i have given it 5 stars.

I thought this would be a really funny book but it isn’t? It is informative and it does give insight into what most women go through but I found myself distracted by the terrible grammar in this book,it doesn’t look like it had a proof reader before going to print. Infuriating! It’s ok but don’t expect to be wowed by it.
