Excellent Unit. Has all the connections you need for the average user. Ipod facility is not the most luxurious but you can control it from the head unit and it will charge at the same time so it's does what it needs too. It is well made and looks at home in any car.
Had one for about 7 years now and it's been a very good investment! Great sound, easy to use!

I wouldn't buy this model again and I can't recommend it to anyone else. At night, the illuminated buttons are far too bright and there is no way to dim them. They are so bright, I find myself driving with my arm in an odd position so I'm not dazzled by the bright blue lights on the front panel. A very poor design and not what I have come to expect from Sony. It sounds pretty good though, so if you never drive at night you might actually like it. The USB connector on the front panel means I can store loads of music on a tiny stick which is much nicer than having CDs sliding around the car.
Love it, sub out, aux 3.5mm jack input and usb + a remote and 54w rms per channel Only they no longer sell the speakers for it?!..Trust Sony!!!!!!!!!! However if you do a bit of hunting, I found a set that matched up pretty good, although of course they do not go as low as the Sony Xplod speakers but will probably last a while longer because of that?! I may add a sub at some point, but it packs some basey punch on the speakers that I have
if you are looking for a car stereo then i higly recomend this one or another along the series, it has met upto my expected standards
