    Detailed, well organized, photos and diagrams helpful. for anyone who is starting or restarting lifting weight. Lots of explanation why to do it a certain way, or how to vary it if you have tricky joints. It will take me a long time to learn everything, but you have to start somewhere. You don't have to be an expert or have super high aspirations, just keep progressing.
