Great USB plug to charge 4 products requiring different voltages together. The main unit has a American plug and come with a clip on UK plug and an EU plug that slide on easily and neatly. It has 2 low voltage ports suitable for e-cigarettes and 2 higher voltage for phones etc. We purchased it for holiday as a travel adapter but I’m using it all the time at home too.

The product is exactly as described and works perfectly, however if you buy this with the guarantee that there is a lifetime warranty, you may be fooled. The product states that you have to set up the lifetime warranty through facebook/twitter. I tried doing this through facebook but the messaging service is automated and you can only set up a 36 month warranty... The problem with this is that 1) you cannot set up the lifetime warranty, 2) you cannot message them about this problem as it is all automated... Anyway, I did message on facebook and leave feedback about the poor messaging service and haven't heard back yet, so hoping this review might allow for a better outcome. As for the product - no complaints really, I have an amazing product in my hands which serves the purpose I wanted.

I am really pleased with this charging unit, it is compact and very efficient. We have two tablets and two smartphones, and normally we use different sockets and charging units to get them to maximum charge. This little unit does the same job using the one wall socket and charging both tablets and smartphones at the same time with no problem! This really is a great little unit at a very attractive price.......a definite 5* purchase!!!
