The best thing I ever bought, again.
I bought one very like this, which I thought to be the best thing I ever bought, but whilst moving house and taking down cupboards and shelves I inadvertently left it in the old house. I also needed it in the new house for putting up cupboards and shelves. Rather than travel to the old house to get it, I ordered a new one on eBay which arrived the next day. You get what you get for the money
It's great for zipping the odd screw in and out but at 3.6v, it just doesn't have the power to do them up tight. You have to go in afterwards with a regular screwdriver to finish off. Seems well made, chunky and good for basics but a Makita it ain't!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This is never going to replace the old fashioned manual screwdriver as the torque is too low. Having accepted that it is an invaluable addition to your toolkit for repetitive jobs.
