This is a brilliant book, with wonderful recipes, and very helpful tips on exercise, etc. I particularly like the fact that most of the recipes cater for people living alone, who make meals for one person. The recipes are inventive and delicious, which means eating a healthy diet is not something to dread, and I know this is one book I will be turning to on a very regular basis. I would highly recommend this book to anyone needing to lose a few inches, and will actually enjoying doing so.

Have cooked quite a few meals now from this book, they have all been tasty and pretty simple to prepare. My only complaint is that some of the ingredients listed are really expensive and not always available in your local supermarket. I find myself substituting ingredients for cheaper ones often. All in all though is still give it 4 out of 5.
