lets get one thing straight i am a huge fan of the libertines, i own every song every recorded, demos, live ect and i thought of up the bracket as transcending beyond any words the english language could muster yet despite all this i give there second effort 3.5/10 many of the songs seem to have been rushed, tombalands, campaign of hate, the saga, road to ruin, which all seem to bring aHUGE drop in lyrical standard for the lads as wellas a repeated sound throughout these songs though the album does have its high points like the popular cantstand me know, music when the lights goout, the ha ha wall and what became of the likely lads as well as one there most under-rated and lyrically triumphant efforts the man whowould be king. so overall buy it but first buy up the bracket sorry for the speedy review i simply cant be bothered writing a 1200 word eassyRead full review
