I used this product for a Kintsugi-style repair of some cherished & irreplaceable (though low value) heirloom crockery. As the original Kintsugi repair kit was expensive I used this paint instead of the gold dust approach. The paint was applied in small sequential stipples with a small brush & the result was very pleasing, all items now back on display after living in a drawer for a decade. The paint settles out very quickly & needs to be re-stirred every couple of minutes but did its job admirably.

A little goes a long way. Easy to apply and quick to dry. If it lasts well and doesn't lose its lustre I would certainly buy again.

The name Liquid Leaf suggests that when painted on it will look like gold leaf, but that is not the case because it looks more like brown paint rather that gold paint when painted on. I therefore bought another product from another supplier and it is more authentically gold when painted on.

Amazing paint- gorgeous colour and very metallic- It IS very expensive, but hoping it will last and for occasional use it’s worth it!
