When I first heard Korn back in the 1990's I wasn't really quite sure about them. Having been a rock/metal fan since I was a youngster back in the 1970's, this was not what I liked, or was it? By the time "Issues" was released I was sold. Of course the band have always had an affiliation with the hip-hop crews, but they were a lot heavier and it's that what I liked. The Path Of Totality brings in a lot of dj's and the mixes sound amazing, particularly in my car hi-fi where I can really crank up the volume (yes I'm 58 so?). It's all about pushing the boundaries, changing direction etc. but Jonathan and co. pull it off for me, yet again! I can recommend it, it's worth a listen, don't judge it against other Korn offerings because it is different but still Korn.
