If you want to give up sugar get this book. I’m currently on week 5 of going sugar free after reading this and am totally convinced of the dangers of too much sugar in the diet, everything in the book makes so much sense. One of the main things I have noticed since going sugar free is that my mood is now stable after years of terrible mood swings which is one of the many side effects mentioned in the book due to over consumption of sugar! I had always worked out and kept to less than 2000 calories a day but was getting fatter as I got older. After reading this book I kicked sugar with little temptation to try it again.
