This includes everything from baked potatoes to more complicated dishes, everything sounds appealing and none of it appears too difficult, i can't wait to try them out when i move to uni :D it also has things like a list of basics to keep in your cupboard, which is handy, the only thing that could be improved is that there are no photos, but it includes prep times, cooking times, how many it serves etc. so i still think it gets 5 stars! Definitely the best veggie student cookbook i have found, and i have looked at lots!

Thisbook is extremely useful and will be used a great deal by myself. Even though I am not a vegetarian, this book was reccommended tome by family members who are and I can honestly say the recipes included are fantastic and very very tasty. Most cookbooka appear daunting and not user friendly, however, this book is very easy to follow.
Arrived on time I was amazed at the value it’s perfect for those that have no idea how to cook like my teenage grandsons, fantastic value
