Product arrived as described and looked all ok. Unfortunately once I put in any hot liquid it was obvious something was wrong with it, the outside became warm quickly. With the lid on properly it kept water warm for less than 2 hours. It.might be that the vacuum seal had been damaged as it was a used product. I have used identical flasks to this before and they've worked perfectly

It is a wonderful thermos but I think the opening is a little too small, apart from the it's keep the food very hot. I don't use it for the cold as I bought it for food.
