I'm newish to reggae but aware of Peter Tosh, his history, his admirable outspokenness on what was going on in Jamaica. Have 2 CDs but just do not feel his output matches the legend. Ironically, I only bought this CD for his cover version of Chuck Berry's Johnny B Goode I'd seen him do on youtube. On this track he has a full talented band, full production and it is what you'd want to hear on a reggae night when you want to dance and the reggae DJ is playing an awful selection. I wish he'd have done far more covers as alternative as this cover of Johnny B Goode. If only he'd done more tracks like this or did more of his own stuff using the production on this. There may well be superb other CDs from Peter Tosh but I can only go off what I have. Worth it just for this track alone but there are about 2 other tracks pretty good (but not as good as JBG) but the rest is just average filler to my ears.Read full review

Brilliant CD, hadn't heard any of the tracks for a long time. Brought back a lot of happy memories.
