The wife seems very happy with this product after trying it straight away after opening it on Christmas Day. Seemed easy to use and hair curled as it supposed to upon first try, and straightened again afterwards no problem. Comes in a nice presentation box although the curler/straightener takes a little bit of getting used to due to the diaganol scissor action of the clamps as opposed to the normal straightener only.

My hair just frazzles with this product as they get too hot for what my hair needs and you can't adjust the temp. I also think you'd only get a successful result if you have really long thick hair. I found them difficult to negotiate too. In theory they are a great idea, but just not for me.

Good value for money but can’t give a proper review until Iv used it a few times as the is a knack to using it but from what I have used it gives good curls . They came in a lovely expensive looking box to match the irons so made it look more .

Sadly the metal plates catch your hair , don’t glide through your hair at all just makes it frizzy ! Curls nothing like the adverts sadly . Ghd straighteners easier to curl hair than these. Waste of money for me .

I have very fine hair and have also been diagnosed with Alopicia, so i have to be careful. I can highly recomend this product. It was a little tricky the frst couple of times i used it, and hair was a little frizzy but that was down to me not using the correct technique. After watching the Tyme tutorials i could quickly see where i was going wrong, now i have the perfect curls everytime in no TYME at all. Much quicker that a conventional curling iron with better results and much easier and better that a straightening iron ( i never did master that ) Iron arrived in approx 3 weeks
