Robust and effective
The kill switch was bought to fit on our boat, and is sufficiently heavy duty to isolate all the electrical circuits with one key. It was a replacement unit, but all the holes lined up making it easy to fit. Quick release battery clamps
Being able to charge your battery without the terminals on has got to be a good thing on my vintage tractors they work fine I do think soldering the battery cable ends gives a much better connection .you must be prepared to replace the Earth cable if it is the is thin type. Solid built item. Isolates battery with a full turn anti-clockwise and you can unscrew right off to stop battery draining if leaving car / van for period of time. Screws right off as an additional theft measure that would add time to a theft where they would have to have a spanner to remove and reconnect earth lead to Negative post. Fantastic idea, great device
I had a battery that keep draining and I could never figure out with the issue was. So as a short term temporary measure I invested in this item so at night I would just simply turn anticlockwise and the car disconnects from the battery so no drain, and when I use the car I simply turn clockwise and I have a full battery.
