I received the item after a few days, received it in very good physical condition and the box had a fast charger and decent headphones. For the price I payed the phone is very good value!. It is a bit big which I don't mind, the software is relatively good although it can be buggy sometimes on certain apps. However the phone came with a lot of AT+T bloatware which you can't seem to remove so there are a lot of useless AT+T apps using up the space. Useless since I live in the UK and we don't have AT+T here. Another negative is the phone has poor battery life It cannot last more then two or three hours on full battery life and you will find yourself charging it 2 or 3 times (a day) or even more depending on your usage. Overall the phone is good value for the price the sound system is amazing, camera is decent (poor in low light) apps work well and games work well also and it is still very much usable in 2019 however be prepared for bloatware, poor battery life and sometimes buggy software although everything else is fine and the phone works perfectly.Read full review

Great phone! I had the V10 and the V20 still out performs budget phones of a similar price. Also this was one of LG's flagship phones so it has quality. You can remove the back cover to add a new battery or spare if you're on long journeys with no access to power supply. The only irritating thing is that it had AT&T bloatware which I can't remove without rooting. This doesn't appear to affect the phone's performance but ideally would prefer a clean android install.
