I went to my own GP First and they gave me some tablets which said that they thought they would work after 2 days still the same problem waking up after only 2 hours sleep . So I tried the mentioned product they are described as very strong sleeping tablets , I think most people would agree ( IF THEY WERE ) then your remedy would be cured ? in the review I have said that I WOULD NOT RECOMEND it but that is it did'nt work for me not everyone is the same VALUE FOR 100 tablets is very good also but just not doing the job

These little tablets did help a bit with my chronic insomnia, but just not strong enough for me, and unfortunately they taste vile so you need to have something to eat or drink, which tastes pleasant, to take with them, but that being said i did get a couple of hours sleep and they aren't expensive.
