Brought this CD many years ago and played it and played it until it got broken by accident. Could not, not buy another copy as it is excellent on all levels. Great music, great quality plus really playable as great back ground music whilst eating with friends, excellent for just chilling in fact you can put this on and enjoy it whatever your doing. Highly recommend.

I was in a cafe in New Zealand in 2006 when I first heard this CD set. I liked the music so much I asked the waitstaff what it was. I picked up the CD set easier than I'd imagined at a local department store. Three years later I really wanted to give a copy of this to friends and COULD NOT find it anywhere on the South Island in NZ. Back in the US I found it on EBay and purchased it from someone in the UK. I really enjoy putting the two CDs on when I'm in my home office or have folks in for dinner. The music is hip, bright and creates a great atmosphere! "Closest Thing to Crazy" was so beautifully done that I went out and bought a vocal version of it by Katie Melua. "We Have All the Time In the World" is also a moving arrangement. All sets are performed by The Key Sessions Quartet, with Steve Pearce on Bass, Ralph Salmins on Drums and Paul Keogh on guitar. The piano switches around to Robin Youngsmith, Peter Murray or Simon Chamberlain. I suspect these might be British session musicians because, although they appear to be unknown, the performances are all terrific and the final product is fantastic atmosphere or traveling music!Read full review
This is just about the best laid back Jazz recording for a while. Not a wild disjoited rendering, but a highly polished listenable vast aray of favourites. As a budding Jazz Pianist myself I have also been greatly helped and inspired by this recoding. Unbelievable value for money, especially on ebay. Highly polished Piano, guitar bass and drums. At the moment I have it on continual replay as I really appreciate the finer touches without unnecessary complication often associated with simmilar albums Highly Recommended
This is a hidden gem, put the music on low and relax, read a book or whatever! 80% of these are classics. Instantly recognisable and loved by all. Do yourself a favour and get it.
