Ive had mine two weeks, thus far I feel This unit really does remove water form the air, in the first day of operation mine removed a tank-full,. I work it about 15 hours a day, and is now needing to be emptied every other day. I've known other makes not do too much work. I'm impressed by the " stop what it's doing and defrost" , then recommence , so no freezing up!, like my last one. The instructions don't need to be read, just look at the controls and set using the "mode control" . Mine is set to "auto" and that does everything@ humidity too high- it speeds up, humidity low it slows down. While the humidity readings don't agree precisely with what my wall mounted humidity meter says, I can say it does remove the condensation and dry's the bathroom a treat. Im pleased with that. You even get a tube to drain off the water, if you want to run it till it dies, thus there is no need to return home to find you have both condensation, and a tank-full, this tube is a really good idea for those who just want to run it in one location, the instructions and even the advert are a bit unhelpful on this subject. A large multicoloured LED humidity meter is on the front panel is loud and proud so as to say, and the readout is duplicated on the top panel in the form of two 3/4" high green LEDs. Noise: don't try and sleep with it on, if you want silence turn it off, the draft it creates would likely annoy anyway, however it's at it's most noisy when its defrosting or on full power.Read full review

This unit is effective and has a large water tank. Display is a bit colourful to say the least when in a dark room but overall it does what it's supposed to. The only major complaint is that it is very noisy, we had to turn the TV up by 50% just to hear it, even in quiet mode it sounds like a generator is in the room.

Have had it for two weeks, now ... it's been on continuously in a new build room, damp concrete etc. It's extracting a lot of water and aiding the drying out process considerably. Very simple to set up, once you've worked out the button pushing sequence, which is not entirely clear from the accompanying instructions ... but it didn't take more than a few minutes to sus. If you have it on full blast drying, as opposed to gentle dehumidifying, it is quite noisy ... i.e. a high powered fan spinning ... but on less aggressive settings it is quite quiet.

Seems to work well, sturdy and well made got the humidity down from 80% too 45% in a couple of hours. Some great features like clothes drying mode .and air purifier A little noisy in drying mode but if you close the door you can't hear it.Seems to be as good as our more expensive delhongi one.so over all very pleased .

Very good at what it's supposed to do, which is extract moisture in the air (we live near the sea, so damp air can be a problem at time's). It is a little noisy, but the function's and tell-tail coloured indicator are easy to use and pleasant on the eye. Extremely happy so far. It's also good value.
