Over the years people have always given me logs/timber etc for my woodstove and until now I've had to borrow someone's chain to cut blocks. Getting fed up borrowing, I decided to purchase my own chain saw so when I saw this one I thought go for it, so I did and I have to say I'm not disappointed, this saw does a great job cutting through my logs, easy to cut and very quickly. Would recommend.

Fantastic little saw, perfect for jobs around the garden, easy set up, easy to use, quiet compared to other brands, I recently dropped a 25ft fir with, didn't even bat an eyelid to what it had to do..

Like others I noticed the chain oil does seep out when stored for a while but not enough to stop me recommending this great little saw. I have used it to cut sleepers and live trees so long as you dont try and force it to fast it performs really well. Good battery life to.

After using petrol chainsaws, I was reluctant to use an electric chainsaw, but only needing it for around the garden and cutting down logs ready for a wood burner, the price and size is exactly what I needed. I was using a reciprocating electric saw, ok for old used wood and smaller branches, but for extra muscle the electric chainsaw does the job!
