A lightweight mower that performs well. The battery life is as specified & easy to charge, & the quality of cut is great. Ideal for tight areas & is so much easier than having trailing mains leads, or trying to spin a petrol engine. Easy to assemble & operate.

Tired of the wire and having other 20ah battery worx equipment (strimmer and blower which both work well), it was a no brainer. Season having just changed I have not had the chance to use this mower on totally dry grass as yet, my grass was high and wet and this made for hard going to be honest, the wet grass kept on clogging up the blade and forced the machine to stop forcing one to clear the blockage reset and start again. Had to use four batteries in the end to complete the job but for all the starting and stopping it got the job done. The worx battery mower never really collected the wet grass that well, much of it was left on the lawn and stuck on the wheels or underneath the unit. I personally do not think that these battery machines will ever be able have the power output of petrol or electric tools. My old electric flymo would of made mincemeat of my lawn and left it looking pretty, be it wet or dry. Electric mowers are cheaper and petrol mowers are more mobile, battery in my opinion is for dry usage only and small lawns, but if you have a big garden go petrol or electric as battery op mowers lack grunt!Read full review

Having gone cordless on the vacuum cleaner I decided that a cordless mower would be a good move. The mower is light well thought out and seems sturdy. I have only cut the grass once but this was after a holiday so the grass was longer than normal. It proved to cope well and the grass box filled quite quickly which is a good sign of it's capabilities. The mower came with 2 batteries and a charger........it seems some other makes do not! Beware! I will also be using the mower on my allotment so it is good to know it will pack down quite small and of course it is easy to lift. The only slight downside is the cutting width which means you have to pass a few more times to cover the same area and of course you have to push it as it is not power driven. Overall I am very happy with my purchase it being considerably less than the retail price and look forward to many years of service from it.Read full review

Been using petrol mowers for years. Due to garden changes the lawn reduced but still about 100 square meters. The petrol beast self propelled was now just to big. Looked into mowers and decided on a cordless. GTEC I thought until I saw the price, then came across the Worx. I have a work drill and it's excellent, so I gave this a go. It's superb. Battery's charged in about 3 hours and iffI went. Compared to my petrol head it's as light as a feather. It cut very well at all levels and the battery's after finishing we're still half charged. Folded it up and carried it one hand to the shed. I am really impressed. Only issue is I'm 6ft 2 and it does look like I'm pushing a toy mower 😀 also the handle height could be better for me but most of you will be fine. I recommend this mower.

wish I had bought one years ago ! No cables to avoid and untangle when mowing round obstacles . so quiet compared to my old electric one. only improvement to it would be time left indicator on the battery display .
