Although I bought this for my impending first grandchild,we were going to keep it as a spare at nannies but it is actually beautiful and sturdy and is going to be babies main bed. Such a shame we are going to have to sort out holes to fit the canopy. Still for the price you cannot expect perfection .

The product arrived and was not complete. I had to call New4baby to settle this and it was settled but, to MY COST and to point out to any prospective customers, DO NOT CALL New4baby as I have been charged £10.00!!!!!! to call them. They are a premium Line number but DO NOT alert you of this. I do not like this method of trading and would not purchase anything else for the newborn in the family from them!. Also, they show the basket with beautiful cover but again, its not included. they show the ROCKING basket but the rocking stand is not included and a further £25.00 was charged AND further postage!!.To purchase after the basket was delivered,making this an expensive purchase and not good value. Delivered very quickly ...lovely moses basket but the only thing I am disappointed with is the quality of the mattress as it is quite thin and if the baby is big then it could be uncomfortable on the baby so may have to get another one

Fair price, looks ok but the quality is poor. The basket docent sit flat on the stand so wobbles around. Will probably not end up using it for very long if I'm honest and if the baby wasn't due imminently I would have sent it back for a replacement/refund. The pre drilled holes are off centre and out of align.
