A brilliant, inspirational book containing lots of ideas and methods for experimental Watercolours. Techniques include the use of salt, cling film, splatter etc to create rich and interesting textures. Ann Blockley gives copious examples of her own work across a range of subject areas, such as flowers, trees, buildings and landscapes. She also features some other artists like her father John Blockley and Shirley Trevina. It's a book that you can return to time and time again and has helped me to be more creative in my own work.
