It has a wide range of choice; from beginner to advanced, from stretching and chilling to aerobics, from 5 minute routines to the full 30+ minute workout. I can adapt it to any situation, mood or physical ability. I will not 'outgrow' this DVD for a very long time, or indeed, become bored with it; there is so much variety.
This is the first DVD I have bought and it is great. Being a heavier lady and not used to exercise, this is great for getting you into it. There are many options and different amounts of workout times. Good instructions and different levels catered for.
This is a good all-rounder for those weightwatchers who want to loose some pounds, in private, before joining the gym. Is also good as a genereal keep fit tool. Would recommend.
This is a great workout and I really enjoyed the first session that I have done. I'm on the Weight Watchers plan, and whilst I do a lot of walking I can't afford to join a gym or go to exercise classes. I wanted something that I could do whether I only have 20 minutes or over an hour and this fits in brilliantly. The only downside is that you can't skip through the warnings at the beginning which can be a little frustrating when you are short on time. Overall I would recommend it, whether you are on Weight Watchers or not!
