The Western Digital 250 GB Hard Drive also benefits from Intellipark, a system that reduces power consumption by unloading the heads when the hard drive is idle. The advanced engineering that goes into the Western Digital 250 GB Hard Drive means that it is capable of sustaining up to 10 simultaneous audio/visual streams, and its capacity of 250 GB means that this hard drive can store a full 30 hours of HD video. Another benefit of the technology that goes into making the Western Digital hard drive so reliable is its whisper quiet operation, reducing noise to almost beyond the capacity of human hearing.
