Nothing to worry about
My laptop was missing some drivers etc, It was running slow and I had nothing to lose by a complete re install of the windows operating system. Just watch a youtube video if you are not too sure how to do it. That's all I did and hey presto, I now have a sleek, smooth running like new laptop, The disc comes with the windows licence number on the c.d sleeve. There was a printed instruction sheet provided with the disk but it wasn't too detailed. It's not really needed if you can access youtube.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
