Excellent book !!!! a fully detailed and very well explained book on the art of Wing Chun by one of the foremost instructors in the world !. If your just starting or just interested in martial arts this is a must.
I have studied martial arts for 32 years and have a massive collection of books relating to various styles . Many books are superficial and do not take the reader any farther forward in their chosen style. This book on the other hand is completely different.It is very in depth ( which is great as I am new to wing chun ) and explains 'why' we do things in a particular style instead of 'because thats the way we do it ' as many books and instructers tell us. This book is very deep and worth a read if you study any art or not.I congratulate Sifu Rawcliffe on it as it is a fantastic read.
