sound output to headphones went down
When my headphone socket on the sound card failed the card was no longer available to replace. As other functions on the card worked the simplest and cheapest solution was this USB sound adapter.. I don't expect a lot from these cheap generic items but I do expect them to work for longer than 18 hours. This one was found by Win10 straight away and drivers installed automatically. It worked with no problems. The only issue was an unnecessary bright flashing red light. Turned on PC this morning and the light went out about 10 minutes later. Easy to use and great value.
On board sound would not work under windows10 with my ancient motherboard so bought this to see if it would work - and Windows10 automatically loaded a driver and away we go! Simple plug and play - put this little device into a spare usb port, plug in speakers - very easy. It is slightly more bulky than a standard usb cable so you might want a small extension cable if it is a squeeze to put this in along with other already occupied ports. A very handy gadget for your laptop/netbook. It bypasses the inbuilt soundcard and allows you to play music via a lead to your aux input on your amp. It also allows you to record onto your computer via a microphone or audio output from CD player radio . It plugs into the usb socket so a fairly universal connection. Works Perfectly .... But
as the title says it does work with no issue but i can see why other people have said it broke easily, if like me its plugged in and never touch, no problem, but i can see that it would easily fall apart if you put any weight or force of pulling it in and out of the USB socket all the time. all that said it worked straight out of the box and does what i want it too, so i am a happy customerVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

This is actually great
Now honestly from my point of view, this is totally great. I’ve had it for about a week, so i can say the durability is great(As i am a daily gamer and taking it out of my laptop everyday, and even in myself i am very reckless). I would say, those who purchase this get a gamble for their money. It varies on how it comes, it can come without good sound or it can come with great sound. The price was great for what I have. The sound quality (Being a bass junkie myself) is totally top notch and i underestimated this device. It works with no lag or delay, and no annoying scratching in the background or anything. As additionally a music producer too, i’m very satisfied with this product. The 3D sound (Surround sound) is great and works perfectly. You get what you pay for
As always when it comes to sound, you get what you pay for. In this case you pay almost nothing and you recieve almost nothing. The adapter works but bad sound quality and a lot of disturbing noices makes you wanna kill yourself after 10 minutes. Cheap & cheerful
It works, it looks good and it was cheap. Two things about it annoyed me a little: one is I can heas a quiet buzz from it during play, and the srcond is that it is too wide and almost obstructs the usb socket by the side of the one in which it is inserted.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
