  the incorrect item was sent (very similar box and description), and I asked about this with a photo. They responded quickly and said they would "check the cctv of packing". I thought "here we go, the usual palaver coming up"... but No. I was wrong... they agreed it was incorrect, and refunded the money. I had to buy in another store unfortunately as they were out of stock, but I was pleased with the no-fuss refund. Thanks. Now, the good woman has to wait another 5 weeks for the next one...
