Item arrived on time. Unfortunately it didn't work! I agreed with the seller to accept a spare part, but due to supply issues that wasn't possible. Communication with the seller was straight forward and we agreed on a partial refund. Disappointed that I couldn't get the item working as described but it was out of the seller's hands. Description offered three items for the price of two. Goods received only had two head torches in the box. I thought there had been a mistake but the description definitely advises purchasers to enter 3 in the purchases box. Disappointed but my own fault !
