Item was totally different than described. It come with EU plug but was described and showed images of being UK plug. Totally misleading. After I contacted them, they offered me partial refund and told me to get UK adapter. When I refused 2 partial refund offers, they finally refunded me my money but then sent me a message to say because they refunded me that I should not leave negative feedback and if I was thinking about it, that I just shouldn’t leave any at all. Total waste of time.
