I am sure the seller is very honest and hard working. However the decision to use Evri for delivery is the cause of non delivery. If sellers continue to use Evri, they will never improve. Item was not delivered after 10 days and full refund was issued, Tracking states item at Evri hub and hasnt moved. Will no longer purchase from sellers using Evri and will now cancel any order that uses Evri.
