Like a perfect day of surf, 10 Over Surf Shop based out of Newquay is the combination of many unique elements. Years of e-commerce experience blended with decades in the surf industry.

A passion to support the Newquay and Cornish community, young surfers, our employees and Mother Earth. We're more than just an online surf shop. We're family.

Item arrived - zip defective - sent back as requested - claim to have refunded yet nothing received - have sent multiple messages to no avail they’re just ignored - have been more than patient over 2 weeks since item returned

As a new business we are sorry to receive this feedback. When you 1st contacted us on the 09/01/24 (after hours) we replied within 30 mins confirming that it was no problem to return the item and we would take it up with the Brand that make these DryRobes. The item was sent to us on the 19/01/24, and arrived on the 22/01/24 after the weekend. The item was then processed and refunded on the 22/01/24 via Shopify our e-commerce platform. eBay confirms payment sent. Sorry for any hassle here.
