Told seller multiple times they had sent incorrect size and they refused to accept this without even asking for evidence. Did offer a refund but postage at my expense. I refused and had to contact eBay to complain and they ensured a return label was issued so did get my money back in the end. Terrible customer service.

My wife says these are comfortable to wear, very pleased. I would advise not using Evri as your courier in the future as we have had many problems with them in the past, such as items going missing, failed deliveries and, on this occasion, they delivered our parcel to the wrong house. We had to turn detective to find out where our parcel was.
