  Purchased card 12th November. Over 2 weeks passed and card not arrived, contacted seller & she said it would arrive tomorrow or day after. Meantime.. Seller provided 2 different tracking numbers 4 days apart. After messages back and forth the seller said she would refund me last Monday, she didn’t do the refund and I had to ask EBay to step in on 3rd December.This morning got a card through the door from Royal..Cannot deliver the card, there’s a fee to pay, The seller didn’t pay the full postage
