First, this jacket is extremely nice and fits great. Also, I greatly appreciate this seller following up numerous times with me regarding a delay in shipping, which seems to be happening a lot in my local area. She put in a USPS search request and my package was delivered the next day! I greatly appreciate all of her efforts!
