  A lovely Lady with excellent communication. There was a slight mix up with my order, and when I contacted Lisa, she resolved the matter immediately. She sent a 2nd Concealer and Sponge, to avoid any issues before my 1st one arrived and very kindly let me keep the item I hadn't ordered aswell as the second Concealer and sponge for free. Everything was carefully packaged and arrived safely. Thank you for being so understanding. You are a credit to Ebay and I would happily buy from you again.
