I love the product and its exactly what I wanted. High quality poster at the size I wanted. Seller did not notify that they shipped or provided tracking, but the item arrived quickly. So communication was nonexistent but it doesn't really matter because I'm VERY satisfied with my purchase. Would buy from them again.

This guy is lying, I sent him pictures of the super crooked/slanted shirt. I didn’t and still don’t want my refund . He’s just upset for no reason . Super rude Customer service Either way he shouldn’t lie to the other customers about the feedback left behind by buyers. I still have the proof/pictures of the messed up product .

Buyer must not have been too upset about item He had no effort to reach out to request replace or refund Just left negative feedback in an attempt to damage seller's reputation

Ordered this on May 26 but it wasn't shipped until the end of June (most likely not directly from Utica, NY but China).MY EMAIL INQUIRY WAS IGNORED.THE ITEM DOESN'T MATCH THE DESCRIPTION. I wanted a more screen accurate white logo like in the picture but it was blue & purple. Cost over $60 CAD. Had to buy another shirt from Etsy.No tracking info provided until almost a month after placing the order. MY EMAIL INQUIRY WAS IGNORED.Contacted seller re: these issues. Customer purchased item through eBay's International Shipping program so item was sent to relay point in Kentucky before being re-shipped to it's destination Customer tried to solicit a Free replacement" for an item He deemed as incorrect but refused to return the original item As per eBay policy his claim was closed
