  Bought a used, but great quality part. The original value of the part would've costed $2k or more. So I got it at a excellent price! The packaging was amazing as my part came tightly wrapped so there was no need to worry about anything getting damaged in transit. Shipping time was great.   Ordered, showed not shipped for 3 days. Contacted seller, asked when shipping would take place. Seller responded quickly. Shipping number originally provided was incorrect. Order was already in route. Arrived the next day at my mechanic's shop. Differential was installed and is working perfectly. No more whining from the back of the car. Greatly appreciate the quick shipping and quick response with correct shipping number. Would buy from again. Saved $2,000.00 over new differential.

  It is a used part but it is working well!! Seller gives a year warranty so I figure it cannot lose. Especially since this part new costs between $1700 to $2500!! YIKES!! So I am very happy to find this seller and get the part I needed!! It arrived securely wrapped and undamaged. Shipping was a little delayed but not the sellers fault. Over all I am happy with my purchase and would buy from this seller again!!

  Customer service was great. This seller worked hard to find the right part. My vehicle is an oddball and parts that are supposed to fit in the online chart often do not. The first part sent, while correct on the chart, was not the correct part. With communication and pictures the seller was able to locate the correct part. When it was installed the main section of the part worked. The electronic part did not but when switched with the old parts electronics everything works! Thanks so much.
