The factory is shipping this tea 1/3 short of 500 grams. They definitely think there is 30 bags in each box when in fact there is 20. 60 bags weighing 8.5 grams each equals 510. I received 40 bags. This happened with 2 different sellers, that's how I know the factory is making a mistake. This seller refunded 1/3 of my purchase price. The seller fixed the factorys mistake and I'm very happy with how the whole process was handled. Trustworthy, will buy from again and often.
