We use a pallet delivery so you get your fragile sink in one piece. We will not use couriers as they throw the items around and damage them. You paid £49.99 towards packing and delivery. The actual amount we paid was £121.98 .With postage we were the cheapest in the UK and you got your sink in one pieceWe delivered on your requested specific day. Hope this clarifies, also we lost £72 on the delivery. I can send copy delivery invoice
